At TCR Sports Performance, we specialize in speed and power movements, as well as flexibility training. Our performance trainers are nationally accredited, with both collegiate and professional playing experience. We offer the most modern strength training techniques with unparalleled sports performance training, as well as cutting edge rehabilitation services.

A standout high school football player, Tra attended the University of Wisconsin on an athletic scholarship. After graduation, he pursued his dream to play in the NFL with the Indianapolis Colts and the Houston Texans. Upon retiring from the NFL, Tra returned to the Inland Empire to start his successful personal training gym, which quickly became the place to train for elite athletes in Southern California.

Tra's reputation has led to coaching opportunities in arena league football, invitations to coach at Nike Football events across the country- as well as the opening at Nike Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, and working with NFL stars in Nike Football's Campaign photoshoots.

Tra's training methods and proven results have made him a favorite of NFL players in the off-season.
David Musa
Head of strength & Conditioning
David comes to TCR with a B.S. in Movement Sports and Science. He is recognized as an expert in sport applicable strength and explosion training, and speed training. He brings a wealth of knowledge to TCR Sports Performance, as he understands functions of the human body and how to maximize high performance. David's style of training consists of many different variations. He likes to combine old school and new school techniques in his sessions. He has worked with athletes and professionals of almost every sport. David does not only help athletes reach their physical goals but also helps the individual gain their confidence to perform on a higher level mentally.
