Our Services

Cryotherapy
Cryotherapy is much safer, healthier, and effective than a traditional ice bath. Whole body cryotherapy (wbc) is the process of exposing the body to hyper cooled air -200°f to -240°f, triggering the body’s natural healing mechanisms as though it were freezing. Blood will accumulate in the body’s core in order to become warmed, and your capillaries will expand to approximately 4 times their normal diameter. White blood cells will flow through your body faster, accelerating the healing process by up to 50%. your brain will trigger a release of endorphins, adrenaline, and other hormones into your body. WBC purifies the blood, increases the body’s nutrient flow, and removes toxins from the system. By increasing the rate at which purified blood circulates through the body, the rate at which soft tissues and joints can heal is maximized.

Massage
After a full week of training, TCR’s athletes relax with a deep tissue massage from our team of talented massage therapists. Our team of therapists offers comprehensive intervention options involving a range of techniques to manipulate the soft tissues and joints of the body.

Bikram Hot Yoga
TCR’s athletes attend Bikram Yoga classes once a week. Bikram Yoga is a 90-minute class consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in a warm, heated room. The series is designed to systematically condition every muscle, tendon and ligament in the body, as well as all the internal organs and glands. The heat enhances the benefits of yoga: it increases flexibility, helps prevent injury, increases cardiovascular, and respiratory activity. Be prepared to sweat!

Performance Nutrition
Our goal is to customize an athlete’s nutritional plan to meet the demands of intense training, strength building, and speed enhancement. Our nutrition coach is on site, adjusting an athlete’s nutritional plans as needed. Individual meal plans, as well as advocare supplements and bodyarmor sports drinks help to fuel our athletes for peak performance.

Athlete Care Package
Our athletes will receive: Running Shoes, Training Shoes, Cleats, Compression Shirts, Compression Tights, Shorts, Warm Up Suit, Elevation Training Mask, & Backpack as a courtesy from our sponsors.

Accommodations
Many TCR Athletes enjoy staying in condos that are in close proximity to our facility. These condos are located just above beautiful Lake Mission Viejo, providing a peaceful and relaxing view with amenities including: Lake access, private gate-guard and security, convenient parking and much more.
